ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT

This department provides policies and management for the main operations of the museum, implements financial, human resources, and foreign relations management, evaluates the funds to prevent possible risks, and conducts and supervises the daily activities of the museum continuously and normally.

RESEARCH DEPARTMENT

This department is responsible for developing the policy of the museum collection, researching the museum's collection, field research, presentation plan, general description of the museum, titles of exhibits and displays, labels, descriptions, various catalogs, research series, and implementation of joint research projects with foreign and domestic similar organizations and the publication of research results.

EDUCATION AND MARKETING DEPARTMENT

This department is responsible for making museum services accessible to the public, developing and implementing marketing policies to promote activities, developing creative cultural production, educating children, youth and citizens, museum education, non-formal training programs, websites, and homepages.

COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT

This department is responsible for the preservation, transfer, and enrichment policies of museum exhibits and collections.

REGISTRATION AND INTERNAL CONTROL DEPARTMENT

This department is responsible for the creation of a museum database, museum exhibits and collection registration, documentation, movement of exhibits, and reference information, develops and publishes methodological recommendations, supervises the operation of the museum's collection, and provides conclusions and recommendations.

EXHIBITIONS DEPARTMENT

This department develops and approves the thematic plans for the museum's permanent displays and temporary exhibitions, and is responsible for organizing domestic and foreign exhibitions.

TAXIDERMY PROCESSING LABORATORY

This laboratory is involved in gene pool creation, sample storage and collection, geological, paleontological, plant, invertebrate and vertebrate collection processing, restoration and stuffed animal activities.

SAFETY AND SERVICE UNIT

This unit is responsible for maintaining the security of the museum's collections, buildings, and internal and external environment, monitoring with a unified alarm and security system, and providing visitors and customers with a comfortable, clean and safe environment in the museum.
