MUSEUM EDUCATION PROGRAMS
The Natural History Museum's educational programs in classroom and non-classroom formats are based on museum exhibits in accordance with the content of general education schools, preschool education, and universities, and provide scientific knowledge about the rare finds of wild animals, plants, and ancient animals of Mongolia. In addition, it is characterized by its focus on the science of Mongolian cultural heritage, intangible cultural heritage, child protection in the cultural sector, and the enlightenment of universal cultural education.
The Museum of Natural History has 11 programs to provide knowledge about nature, culture, and intangible cultural heritage. Here, we present the following programs:
Content: Knowing the habitats and life characteristics of wild animals in Mongolia and the traces that animals leave in nature is key to getting to know the intangible cultural heritage of hunting.

Content: In addition to providing an understanding of paleontology, including paleontologists, the program provides interesting information based on the classification of giant dinosaurs that lived 252 million years ago in the territory of Mongolia and their findings.

Content: This program dedicated to the International Day for the Protection of World Wildlife and Plants shows the importance of lovingly protecting Mongolia's rare, extremely rare, endangered species, as well as the importance of protecting the environment and the consequences of waste to educate an environment-friendly citizen. In order to make the program accessible and to stimulate participation, a hand drawing competition on the theme of nature conservation is being held every year among children aged 4-18 years.

4.“ONE DAY IN THE MUSEUM” PROGRAM
Educational programs and program activities
Content: It is implemented with the purpose of communicating and promoting the professions and activities of the employees of the Natural History Museum to the public, and for the students of high school to choose their future professions and prepare their successors. Also, cooperating organizations participate in a themed trip to spend a fun day at the museum as a family, and visit 2-3 stations of the educational program to gain cognitive knowledge and information, allowing the family to spend time together productively.
