Based on the provisions of Articles 5.2 and 7.1 of the Law on Public Holidays and Anniversaries, Article 2.34 of the List of Historical Events and Anniversaries approved by the first appendix to the Resolution No. 204 of the Government of Mongolia states that “Culture and Arts Worker Day” will be celebrated on the second Sunday of September every year.
