"Museum and community development" took part in the training

G. Batzaya, Public Relations Officer of the Natural History Museum from Mongolia, participated in the "Museum and Community Development" course, which is a grant program of the Japanese government organized by JICA, the Japan International Cooperation Organization, and the National Museum of Ethnology of Oosaka, Japan (MINPAKU). I have successfully participated from October 4th to December 18th. Since 1994 Since then, it has been organized under the name of "In-depth training in museum studies" and more than 300 specialists from 65 countries have specialized in the field of museums, and 11 museum and cultural heritage workers from Mongolia have participated, who are now devoting their acquired knowledge and experience to the development of the field. In 2010, one employee from the Museum of Natural History participated, but this time, G. Batzaya successfully studied and improved his professional skills. It is an intensive course that provides theoretical knowledge on many topics related to museum activities, such as plans and the accessibility of museum services, and provides information on how to implement them in practice.
